If you have a PA Medical Marijuana License you must relinquish your PA License to Carry Firearms.  T he Commonwealth of PA considers you an addict. If you choose to fill out an Application for a Pennsylvania License to Carry regardless, and answer -NO – to Question #30 F, it can lead to your arrest and prosecution for 18 Pa. CS §4904 (relating to Unsworn falsification to authorities).
